Dr. Steinberg and his entire staff are phenomenal. Dr. Steinberg was very prompt, very pleasant, and povided an outstanding level of medical care. I was impressed with how well the entire process flowed from check-in, minimal wait time to be called, to the intiial consultation, x-rays, to reviewing the findings with Dr. Streinberg. I was in and out in a relatively short amount of time.I would strongly recommend Dr. Steinberg and his team. They have definitely earned by respect and my trust.

Everyone I came in contact with from the front office, the X-ray tech, the lady who did my sensitivity test (I forget her title) and Dr Stiendberg we’re friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed and all my questions and concerns were taken care of.

Unfortunately I have been a repeat client of JOI. Each time I had the best experience possible, whether initial visits, rehap, surgeries (multiple for different injuries) or to ask a question. Since my last surgery I have moved to the west coast and am flying back to Jax just for the JOI team to perform my third surgery for an unrelated injury. I believe little needs to be said what I am thinking about JOI, if I go back for them to fix me a third time and am flying across the country to do so. 😊 A big shout out to Dr. Bruce Steinberg with JOI. There is no better arm/shoulder specialist out there.
