I went to see Dr Steinberg for a lump that was growing on my R pinky finger. It turned out to be a benign tumor that had wrapped itself around the nerve & tendons. He removed it & it healed up nicely. Dr. Steinberg did a wonderful job & I am truly grateful!

Dr Steinberg and his P.A., Taylor, worked together to transplant tendons from my forearms and used it to fix the joints in my thumbs which had been eaten up by Degenerative Arthritis. By using my own body tissue there was no risk of rejection. In addition, the recovery time is much shorter than traditional joint replacement. I highly recommend Dr Steinberg and his team.

Dr. Bruce Steinberg performed my CMC surgery 9 months ago. Not only did it alleviate my extreme pain, it also gave me full range of motion again. He is a miracle worker! And his staff, especially Taylor, his PA is equally wonderful. She always goes out of her way to explain what she is doing and answers all of my questions. The kindness and consideration that I have been shown by the entire staff is heartwarming. It's comforting to know that they care.

Dr. Steinberg repaired a fully torn supraspinasus on my right shoulder. I participate in running, cycling, swimming and weight lifting. The surgery went well and the doctor classified the repair as excellent. His recovery plan is conservative, but I was compliant and I never missed an appointment with the doctor or my PT. I was on task with my homework. The conservative approach worked well and I was fully functional for most normal life activities inside of 3 months. Running and cycling was pain free activity by 3 months. Swimming and work outside of rehab in the weight room will still be a month to two away, but I'm pleased with my progress which my PT and doctor classify as excellent. I think Dr. Steinberg's conservative approach sets a good expectation, and when you beat those expectations, it's inspiring. Personally, I respond better to that than an aggressive plan that may lead to feeling like you are falling behind or that things aren't on track. Additionally, I'd assume that he has way less patients with additional or later problems.

Doctor Steinburg did a fabulous job of surgically operating and repairing my hands due to carpal tunnel. He did both hands 3 months apart.
I Never took one pain pill for either hand after the surgery!! I would definitely go back to him for any other special surgeries as I trust him fully. Thank you for making my hands moveable again!

I had been dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms for nearly30 years. It finally got to the point the pain would wake me up during my sleep. So, I told my primary care doctor I wanted to do something about it. She referred me to Dr. Steinberg. After consultation and testing, it was decided to fix the right wrist first. Surgery was scheduled for December 23, 2019. This was to be my Christmas present to myself. However, since I was 80 years of age, Dr. Steinberg requested a clearance from my primary care Doctor. This involved an ekg. The results were concerning to her, and I was referred to a cardiologist. Among other tests, he performed an angiogram. When he saw the results, he told my wife that the blockages in my heart were commonly referred to as "The Widowmaker". Surgery (triple bypass0 to correct this was performed on February 11, 2020. At the same time my aortic valve was also replaced. If Dr. Steinberg had not requested the medical clearance there is probably a fairly good chance my condition would not have been discovered. Who knows what might have happened? I thank Dr. Steinberg for getting the ball rolling that resulted in my surgery.

Oh, by the way, carpal tunnel surgery was finally done on my right wrist on September 2,2020 and on my left wrist and elbow on July 27, 2021. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Absolutely no pain since those operations. Double kudos to 'Dr. Steinberg!
